Need Help with Look Up Table - Properties Not Appearing in List

Hi guys, how are you ? Is the first time that I try to create a Look Up Table. I imported my CSV file , but when I try to search for the properties (collumns of CSV file) they didn't appear in the list. Somebody can help me ?
