Exploring Impact Report for Account-Level Engagement Insights
Hello 👋🏻 I’m exploring using the Impact report, but I can’t see a way to run it by account/group instead of by user. Context / Use Case
Only admin users can trigger the “launch” event.
I want to measure whether a launch at the account level drives increased activity on a downstream event by any user in that account.
In other words: once an account admin enables functionality, do all users in that account show increased engagement, relative to account admins who didn't adopt new functionality?
Questions
- 1.
Does the Impact report support group-level (account-level) attribution (i.e. using a group_id or account_id instead of distinct user)?
- 2.
If not, what’s the recommended approach in Mixpanel to approximate that? (e.g. using Group Analytics + custom cohort setup, or exporting + modeling externally)
