Issues with Event Lazyloading in Session Replays

Hi Team, Does anyone else experience lazyloading of "Events" with Session Replays? When browsing /app/session-replay, the "count" of events in the Replay only loads when the replay is selected.

Hi Chris- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here! When I check the behavior in a test project, the event counts are loading for the replays in the Session Replay browser without me selecting a specific replay. I do sometimes see a slight delay in the count update as I scroll down and new replays load. Are you still seeing the behavior of having to click the specific replays?

Hi Julianne B.! Thanks for getting back to me. The vast, vast majority continue to lazy load. As you can see in the screen shot, there are two replays which preloaded events - the rest required a click.

Of course! That definitely seems odd. Can you clear your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue? If it doesn't, can you submit a ticket via our web form with a link to the project? That will allow a support engineer to see if they can replicate the behavior in your specific project.
