Rate Limiter and Handling 429 Errors for Remote Evaluation Requests at 1000 RPM in Mixpanel

Hi Mixpanel team, I want to ask about the rate limiter for remote evaluation in Mixpanel. We are getting many 429 (Too Many Requests) errors when sending requests to Mixpanel. Our service traffic is around 1000 RPM. Do you have recommendation on how to ensure the request success and is it safe for us to hit 1000 RPM?

For example, are you calling /track, /import, or something else? 2. Is your traffic a steady 1000 RPM, or does it spike at certain times? Even if the average is within limits, short bursts can trigger 429s if requests are concentrated within a small window. This will help me give more targeted guidance on next steps.
