To view the key (such as the project token or API secret) of a project in your settings, you need to have either the Owner or Admin project role. Both of these roles have permission to view access keys in the project settings. Analysts and Consumers do not have this permission. You can find this information in the project roles permissions table, which specifies that only Owners and Admins can "View Access Keys" for a project Project Roles.
