To tag events in Mixpanel and make them easier to find, you should use the Lexicon feature. When you organize your events using tags in Lexicon, these tags will appear as filtering options in the event menu. This allows you to quickly filter and locate events that share the same tag when building reports or adding metrics. You can access the full list of your tracked events from the dropdown menu in Insights, and then add tags to events with Lexicon to bookmark or categorize the most important ones.
