How to Retrieve Active Users from Kapa.ai for Cohort Analysis

@kapa.ai I want to see the list of users who have been active consecutively for last 3 days, how would I go about seeing their details. Ideally I want them in a cohort, so I can push their details to other tools using Webhook

You can do this in two steps: first define the “3‑day streak” as a cohort, then sync that cohort to a webhook.
1. Identify users active 3 consecutive days
Mixpanel’s Retention report has a Streak mode specifically for “consecutive actions across time intervals,” e.g. “played a game for 5 consecutive days since sign-up.”[[Retention criteria]([https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/reports/retention#retention-criteria]]](https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/reports/retention#retention-criteria]])1. Go to Reports → Retention. 2. Set: - Birth event: your “active” event (e.g. App Open or whatever you use to define activity). - Return event: same “active” event. 3. Under Retention Criteria, choose Streak mode.[[Retention criteria]([https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/reports/retention#retention-criteria]]](https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/reports/retention#retention-criteria]]) 4. Set the measurement to Unique Users and the streak length to 3 days (3 consecutive days).Then: 5. Click on the relevant cell/segment in the Retention chart that represents users with a 3‑day streak. 6. Click View Users to see the list of users behind that data point.[View Users (reports); View Users (Insights)] 7. In the View Users side panel, choose Save as Cohort to turn this user list into a cohort.[Cohorts creation]You now have a cohort of users who have been active for 3 consecutive days.
2. Push this cohort to a webhook
Once the cohort is saved: 1. Go to Users → Cohorts, open your new cohort. 2. From the cohort page, you can export/sync it to external tools, including a Custom Webhook.[Exporting cohorts; Define cohorts – managing & syncs] 3. If you haven’t already, set up a Custom Webhook destination in Integrations by providing your webhook URL (and optional basic auth).[Webhook setup] 4. Create a sync from your 3‑day‑streak cohort to that webhook.When synced, Mixpanel will send the cohort’s users (with properties like email, mixpanel_distinct_id, first_name, last_name, plus any extra properties you choose) to your webhook, and will keep it updated as users enter/exit the cohort.[Webhook exported properties; Cohort Sync overview]
