Adam L. ideally if identified is called properly, you wouldn't be seeing device ID as the distinct ID. Where are you seeing this prefix?

Dwi A. I've faced this in the past as well. But, then it was fixed. Best to raise it to Mixpanel support.

Adam L. You can't do this. But you can use the merge API to do this.

Yanisa S. If you want a free alternative, then you can use the APIs. If you need help with the APIs, let me know, I can set this up for you. If you're open to using other alternatives, you can use tools like Fivetran, Segment, etc. and connect Mixpanel to say data warehouse.

You can hide it from events or flows using the filter option. But, I don't think there's a global way to removing it.

You need to create a custom event property and not user property

Janine Nope, not really. You can do this yourself. How are you trying to create the custom property?

Janine You can create a custom property to find the difference between created and cancel date. Then look at events where that property is greater than 30. I hope both these properties flow with the same event.
