To calculate the sum of a property per user in Mixpanel, you should use the Aggregate Property per User measurement. Here’s how you can do it: 1. In your Insights report, select the measurement option and choose Aggregate Property per User. 2. Select Sum as the aggregation function. 3. Choose the event and the numeric property you want to sum (e.g., total number of hours of videos watched per user). This will calculate the total of the selected property across all instances of the event for each user. You can further aggregate these per-user sums using options like average, distribution, median, percentiles, minimum, or maximum, depending on your analysis needs.Example: If you want to know the total number of hours of videos watched per user, select the relevant event (e.g., "Video Watched"), choose the property (e.g., "duration"), and set the aggregation to Sum under Aggregate Property per User. You can then view the average, distribution, or other statistics of these per-user sums. For more details, see the documentation on Aggregate Property per User.
