Mixpanel Integration: Best Practices for Event Data Structuring

Hello, we're new to integrating Mixpanel. We will connect Mixpanel with our data warehouse. Should all our events live in one big table with all possible event properties (with nulls corresponding to ones that don't pertain to the event) or should we create a separate table for each event with only their relevant properties as columns? What are the pros and cons of each approach? I couldn't find any resources or docs about this on Mixpanel's website so asking here 🙂
