Hi team, I am trying to get a weekly insight report to capture the count of the users who performed 0-5 non "login"/"logout" events. Is it possible? How can I do it?
W Got it.
Create a cohort of users that did not do login/ logout in last 1 week
Use an Insights report where you choose the relevant events you want to see (you can create a custom event of these events as well).
Add cohort as a filter to include the cohort
Filter the report on a weekly level
That's it, you'll have your report. Cohorts are dynamic in nature, so for every week, it'll calculate the cohort automatically. If you want to exclude users that did more than 5 events, lemme know.
Hi Ansh A., the user can do login logout in the last week. When I say not login logout. I mean when count the events number, don't include login and logout event. Sorry for the misleading. For instance, when the user performed 4 action events and 1 login 1 logout events. So totally he did 6. However, if we exclude login/logout, this user should be considered as "Lower user" (0-5 action events)
Sorry to trouble you. Let me summarize what I should do.
I should create a cohort that do any event except login / logout for 0 -5 times since past 1 week.
create an insight report, choose all the events except login logout.
use the cohort I created in step 1 as filter.
make the report weekly starting from the date range I want (let's say since sept 1).
Is this correct? Ansh A.
