Need Help with Mixpanel Identify Call in GTM?

Hello 👋 Has anyone ever implemented the Mixpanel Identify call or Super Properties using GTM? I haven’t been able to find an answer to why it's not working—neither online nor in any Mixpanel documentation 👀 CC Aurélie K.

Hi Cédric! Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. It's possible to implement 'Identify' and super properties using the Mixpanel GTM template by changing the tag type. The 'Identify' call tag type is called 'identify' while the super properties are under 'register'. If you're already using those tags, it may be an issue with the setup. If that's the case, I'd recommend submitting a Support ticket here with information about your specific GTM setup.
