Segmenting Conversion Rates for New vs. Existing Users

I am tracking signup flow for users. Users on the platform can create multiple accounts. How do I filter my funnel/conversion rates to segment between net new users vs users creating additional accounts?

Hi Ervin- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here! It's hard to say if that's possible without knowing more about the implementation. Is there any property or value on the events or users that would indicate its a user creating an additional account? For example, do they use the same email as the initial account or access a different signup flow? If there isn't any property or event captured in Mixpanel to indicate that its a user creating another account, it may not be possible to filter them out.
