Calculating Average Sessions per User with Specific Events

Hi, is there a way to count the avg number of sessions per users, including a specific event ?

    Indeed thanks 🙏 And what about having the distribution of nb of sessions per user ? I am doing a distribution(distinct count of day(created_at)) as a proxy, is it possible to do the same but counting the session and not the days ?
