Ex, I have a user who did
A -> A -> A -> B
with a funnel in total conversion it’s
step A : 1, step B : 1 -> 100% conversion
(the user enter the funnel and never drop off until it succeed it)
when I do “exclude users who did step A”, I have
step A: 2, step B : 1 -> 50% conversion
(as if the second “A” drop the user from the funnel but did not make it re enter in it in the same time)
but I want to have
step A : 3, step B: 1 -> 33% conversion
