Discrepancy in Event Instance Counts vs. Funnel Analysis

When I search number of instances for an event it is different than when the same event is used in any funnel. Kindly help.

Hi Shubham- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. Due to the Funnel logic, its generally not expected for a Funnel to show the same number as the number of times an event is tracked. The Funnels FAQ doc has more information about the behavior. Let me know if that helps clear it up!
