Hi, while trying to test the experiments and the new feature flag Im getting this error. Having the support team or even the sales team has been a headache. Anyone around that can help me with this?

Sorry that you've hit some issues with the support and sales teams. Enterprise plans currently have access to one free experiment to test the feature. It isn't possible to delete the experiment once created, which is leading to the behavior seen. Is there a specific reason you're trying to delete the experiment you already created?
If you want to test experiments further, you should be able to reach out to the sales team about a trial (apologies if you've already tried this).
right . I have tried to reach them many times. and yes its because im testing the implementation basically. its happening to me the same with feature flags.
I'm sorry that it's been a headache. If the testing involves the need for multiple experiments/ more than 3 feature flags, then a trial through the Sales team is the best option. You can reach out to them through the form here about setting that up.
