We’ve seen similar cases where this is caused by something in the browser or network blocking the sign-in flow. The fastest things to try are:
- 1.
Open the page in an incognito/private window
- 2.
Disable ad blockers, privacy extensions, or Safari content blockers
- 3.
Try a different browser or network
- 4.
Hard refresh and try again
If none of those work, can you share a screenshot of the browser console to see if there are any errors that print there? You can use the shortcut option + ⌘ + J (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
