Troubleshooting MP Product Recognition Issues in Purchase Data

Help needed: We've been having an ongoing issue making MP recognise which products exactly people are buying. We're able to track user journeys through the website, before purchase, but as soon as we try to break it down by their actual purchases, we receive the message saying there's not data. I've spoken to our dev team who say this is an issue with MP and not the site.

Hi Golibe- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. It's hard to say what might be happening here without taking a look at the specific report and data. Can you submit a ticket via our webform? When you submit the ticket, it would be helpful if you included a link to the report with the breakdown applied, along with an example payload from the event being analyzed where you expect to see the property.
