If you're able to add custom code to your Amazon Seller Center store, you might be able to implement Mixpanel. However, you would need to check with Amazon's policies and technical capabilities to confirm this. You can see the SDKs available from Mixpanel to build the implementation in the docs here.
If you're unable to add custom code to your Amazon Seller Center store, another approach could be to import data into Mixpanel using Mixpanel's APIs or the warehouse connectors. However, this would also require you to be able to export the data from the Amazon Seller Center store.
I did find an integration from Zapier that appears to allow you to connect an Amazon Seller Central to Mixpanel: https://zapier.com/apps/amazon-seller-central/integrations/mixpanel. This integration is built and maintained by Zapier, so they would be the best team to reach out to to see if it meets your use case.
