To create a new Metric Tree in Mixpanel, follow these steps: 1. Create your Metric Tree outline without data - Start by mapping out your strategy and hypotheses, independent of the data you currently have. - Add empty metric cards to the tree by choosing “Metric” from the toolbar. - Name these metric cards and link them to show relationships. You can also add strategy cards to represent initiatives.2. Make the metrics real with data - Click on “connect metric” to link each metric card to actual data. - You can use saved metrics or create new ones using the Mixpanel query panel. - It’s recommended to use saved metrics for higher-level metrics to ensure standardization and verification.3. Add more context to your metrics - Enhance your tree by adding context, such as pinned content, deep dive reports, or insights, to make it more actionable for your team.4. Share your metric tree - Metric Trees can be shared with anyone in your Mixpanel project, with either view or edit access. - Multiple users can collaborate in real time, editing and adding insights or actions as needed.Note: Metric Tree is a paid add-on available only on the Enterprise Plan. You can start by creating a tree outline before connecting it to live data, making it a collaborative and evolving strategy map for your team’s decision-making and analysisMetric Tree Docs.If you need to move trees across projects, you can use the select tool to copy and paste the tree into a new projectMetric Tree FAQ.

I'm sorry, but the knowledge sources do not specify exactly where in the Mixpanel UI you can find the option to create a new Metric Tree. The documentation describes the steps to create and use Metric Trees, but it does not mention the precise menu location or button within the Mixpanel interface where you initiate a new Metric Tree. If you need this information, I recommend reaching out to Mixpanel support or consulting the in-app help resources for guidanceMetric Tree Docs.
