Should I be able to use Saved Behaviours from a Funnel report in an Insights report?
Yes, you can use Saved Funnel Behaviors in an Insights report. When you click "Select Metric" to populate your Insights report, you will see all available saved definitions, including saved Funnel Behaviors. [Using Saved Metrics] Specifically, the Insights report supports Funnel Behavior as a metric type โ you can select a saved funnel behavior and then choose a measurement on that funnel to form a funnel metric. [Insights Basic Features] Saving a Funnel Behavior is also explicitly recommended for this purpose: it can be helpful when you want to analyze your Funnel Behavior alongside other metrics in an Insights report. [Saved Funnel Behaviors] To save a Funnel Behavior from the Funnels report, select the "โฆ" button in the top right corner of the metric, then click "Save Behavior". It will then be available for reuse in Insights and other reports.

A few things to check:
Sharing settings: By default, saved behaviors are private to you. After saving, you are prompted to share โ if you skipped this step, the behavior will only be visible to you and won't appear for other users in the project. You can update sharing settings by going to the behavior in Lexicon and clicking "Share". [Sharing]
Where to look in Lexicon: Saved Behaviors are found under the "Behaviors" tab in Lexicon (not the "Metrics" tab, which is for Saved Metrics and Formulas). Make sure you're looking in the correct tab. [Managing Saved Metrics]
Behavior vs. Metric: Double-check that you clicked "Save Behavior" and not "Save Metric" โ these are separate options. If you saved a metric, it would appear under the "Metrics" tab, not the "Behaviors" tab. [Saving]
If you've confirmed all of the above and the behavior still doesn't appear, the knowledge sources don't provide further troubleshooting steps โ you may want to reach out to Mixpanel support directly.
