I am setting up a new project within my organization. it has been set up in the last few weeks with data residency in the EU. I am using the tag manager template; do i need to do anything different for ensuring the data is being sent properly to mixpanel?

Yes, you do need to take an extra step to ensure your data is sent properly to your EU data residency Mixpanel project when using the Google Tag Manager (GTM) template.By default, Mixpanel projects use the US data residency endpoint. For EU data residency projects, you must explicitly configure the GTM Mixpanel tag to send data to the EU endpoint ([https://api-eu.mixpanel.com](https://api-eu.mixpanel.com)). If you do not do this, your data will not be ingested into your EU project, and you will not see any events in Mixpanel. How to configure:Summary:
Set api_host: [https://api-eu.mixpanel.com](https://api-eu.mixpanel.com) in your GTM Mixpanel tag initialization options to ensure proper data routing to your EU project.
