I am trying to make an insights report which shows the number of users who have done event A OR event B. How can I add this formula?

To show the number of users who have done event A OR event B in an Insights report, the recommended approach in Mixpanel is to create a custom event that combines both events. Here’s how you can do it: 1. Create a Custom Event: - In your Insights report, expand the Event dropdown. - Click the plus button to the right of the search bar. - Select both event A and event B to include them in your custom event. - Name your custom event (e.g., “A or B”) and click Save.2. Use the Custom Event in Your Report: - Now, select your newly created custom event as the metric in your Insights report. - Set the measurement to “Unique Users” to count the number of users who performed either event A or event B.This approach ensures that any user who has done either event A, event B, or both will be counted once in your report. For more details, see the documentation on Custom Events and Insights report setup.
