is there a way to directly connect Mixpanel to Power Bi
Hi Saurabh, Please stand by as I search the Mixpanel knowledge base for an AI-powered answer. I normally take about 15 seconds or so. In case AI cannot answer your question, feel free to reach out to Mixpanel support at mixpanel.com/get-support. The knowledge sources do not explicitly mention a native, direct connector from Mixpanel to Power BI.
What is documented instead:
- Mixpanel can export data to cloud storage or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, S3, etc.) via Data Pipelines.[Export integrations][Integrations] - From there, you can use your warehouse as the source for Power BI (this part—connecting Power BI to the warehouse—is outside the Mixpanel docs). - If your warehouse isn’t natively supported, Mixpanel suggests using reverse ETL tools like Census or Hightouch or the Import/Export APIs to move data between Mixpanel and other systems.[Troubleshooting FAQ]
So, based on the available docs:
- There is no documented built-in “Mixpanel → Power BI” connector. - The recommended path is: 1. Export Mixpanel data to a warehouse or storage via Data Pipelines or APIs. 2. Connect Power BI to that warehouse/storage as a data source.
