No, 1 daily Slack message is not the only option for a board subscription in Mixpanel. According to the knowledge sources, board subscriptions can be set to send a snapshot of a board via Slack (or email) on a recurring schedule, and you can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly intervals. So, while daily is the most frequent option, you can also set it to weekly or monthly, but not more frequently than daily (e.g., hourly is not supported) Board Subscriptions.
