if I create reports in 1 project, can I copy them in different project?

Yes, you can copy reports from one project to another in Mixpanel by using the "Move Board" feature. This allows you to duplicate a board (which contains your reports) and move it to a different project. When you move a board, all the reports within it are transferred as well. However, if the events or properties used in the reports do not exist in the new project, those reports will show as empty or display a "no data" status until you update them with relevant data from the new project. To do this: 1. Go to the board you wish to move. 2. Use the "Move to" option to select the target project. 3. The board and its reports will be copied to the new project.Note: Moving boards between projects in different regions (e.g., US to EU) is not supported. Also, only boards and their reports are moved—custom events, properties, cohorts, and lexicon metadata must be recreated manually in the new project if needed Move Boards: Reuse Boards across different projects Migrating to Simplified ID Merge.

Yes, you can move boards (and the reports they contain) between different Mixpanel projects, even if those projects have different project tokens. The "Move Board" feature allows you to duplicate a board from one project and move it to another project’s dashboard. However, if the events or properties referenced in the reports do not exist in the destination project (i.e., are not being tracked with the new project token), those reports will show as empty or display a "no data" status until you update them to use events and properties available in the new project.Keep in mind: - Moving boards between projects in different data regions (e.g., US to EU) is not supported. - Only boards and their reports are moved; custom events, custom properties, cohorts, and lexicon metadata must be recreated manually in the new project if needed Move Boards: Reuse Boards across different projects Migrating to Simplified ID Merge. So, as long as you have the right permissions, you can move boards between projects with different tokens, but you may need to adjust the reports to match the data available in the destination project.
