Analyzing Daily Average Add to Cart Events Per User Over Time

How do I see the average amount of a specific event per user per day? Eg if I have a "add to cart" how can I see the average amount of add to carts per user plotted over time to see if its increasing or decreasing?

To see the average amount of a specific event (e.g., "add to cart") per user per day in Mixpanel, you should use the Frequency per User measurement in the Insights report. Aggregation Option: By default, Mixpanel will show the Average frequency per user. This means you’ll see, for each day, the average number of "add to cart" events performed per user. 5.
