No, you cannot generate a report in Mixpanel using a timezone other than the project's default timezone. All dates and times in Mixpanel reports reflect the project timezone that is set in your project settings. The timezone setting only affects how results are output and displayed in the UI; it does not allow you to select a different timezone per report or query.
