No, you cannot generate a report in Mixpanel using a timezone other than the project's default timezone. All dates and times in Mixpanel reports reflect the project timezone that is set in your project settings. The timezone setting only affects how results are output and displayed in the UI; it does not allow you to select a different timezone per report or query. If you need to change the timezone for your reports, you must update the project’s timezone in the project settings, but this will affect all reports for that project, not just a single report or query Managing Projects Date Range.
