Comparing Month-to-Date Metrics for Each Day of the Year

how can I compare month to date from the very beginning of the year. so If today is 12th then I want to compare a metric for each of those 12 days for every month

You can do this in Insights using “To Date” and time comparisons: Option A — One month at a time with “Month to Date” compare - Set Date Range to “Month to Date” (To Date). This keeps the window aligned to the current month up to today (e.g., the 1st–12th). [Date Range] - Click Compare to past → choose “Previous month.” This compares the same day-aligned period for prior months (e.g., Jan 1–12 vs Feb 1–12 vs Mar 1–12, etc.). [Comparisons; Date Range]Option B — Side-by-side months, each truncated to the 12th - Set a Fixed custom range for the year-to-date (e.g., Jan 1–today). - Set Interval to “Day.” - Use Compare to past → “Previous month” (and repeat to add more months) so each comparison uses the same day-aligned slice (1st–12th) of its month.
