To ensure that other teams can see all your Mixpanel boards, you should focus on sharing and permissions settings at the board level: 1. Set Board Permissions: On Growth and Enterprise plans, you can control who views and edits boards. By default, all reports saved to a board inherit the board’s sharing and permission settings. To share a board, click the Share button at the top right of the board and grant the appropriate permissions (Viewer or Editor) to your teammates. Anyone with access to the board will also have access to all reports within it. On the Free plan, all users in the project can view and edit all boards and reports by default, so no extra steps are needed for visibility within your organization Sharing and Permission.2. Share Board Links: You can use the “Copy URL” button to quickly share a direct link to a board with others. As long as recipients have access to the Mixpanel project, they’ll be able to view the board.3. Use Public Boards for External Teams: If you want to share boards with people outside your Mixpanel organization (e.g., external teams, stakeholders, or partners), enable the Public Boards feature in your Project Settings (Project Owner required). Once enabled, you can generate a public link for any board, which can be shared broadly—even with those who don’t have a Mixpanel login. You can also add password protection for extra security. Public boards are embeddable in tools like Notion, Coda, or Confluence Public Boards.4. Check Data Views: If you use Data Views to restrict data access for different teams, ensure that the Data View context for your boards includes the data you want other teams to see. Public board links are created with the context of the Data View in which the link is generated Data Views & Classification.By setting the right permissions and sharing options, you can make your Mixpanel boards visible to all relevant teams, both inside and outside your organization.
