kapa.ai I am currently on the Free plan. Is it possible to use Cohort Sync to export cohorts to external destinations (like CRM or marketing tools), or is this integration feature restricted to paid plans only?

Cohort Sync is restricted to paid plans only. There are two limitations that apply to Free plan users:
1.
Cohorts cannot be saved on the Free plan — saving cohorts is a paid plan feature, and Cohort Sync requires saved cohorts to function. [Cohort Sync Overview]

Cohort Sync is explicitly available exclusively to paid plan customers. [Cohort Sync Overview]
