Creating Dynamic Cohorts in Kapa.ai with Mixpanel Data

@kapa.ai where is cohort builder page. I have an impression that mixpanel do not provide easy interface to create dynamic cohorts. How can I create cohort from users who made first transaction for products min 21 days ago, and since than have never come back?

You can create dynamic cohorts via an easy UI in Mixpanel—the Cohort Builder and the Users page.
1. Where is the Cohort Builder?
You can open it in a few ways: - From Users: Go to the Users page and define filters; when you save them as a cohort, you’re using the Cohort Builder. [Users page] - From any report (Insights / Funnels / Retention): In the query builder, click Create Custom → Cohort to open the Cohort Builder directly. [Define cohorts guide] - Direct link: The docs reference the builder at [https://mixpanel.com/report/users](https://mixpanel.com/report/users). [Cohorts doc]These cohorts are dynamic by default: every time you use them in a report, Mixpanel recomputes who currently matches the definition. [How cohorts are computed]---
2. Cohort: “First transaction ≥21 days ago and never came back”
You’ll build this as a behavioral cohort on the Users (Cohort Builder) page: 1. Go to Users → Create Cohort (or Create Custom → Cohort from a report). [Cohorts doc] 2. Add a condition for the first transaction timing, e.g.: - “Users who did <Transaction> for the first time on or before 21 days ago” (Exact operator names aren’t spelled out in the docs, but the Cohort Builder supports “did <event> ” with time windows. [Cohorts doc]) 3. Add a second condition for never came back: - “AND Users who did not do <Transaction> (or any ‘return’ event you care about) in the last 21 days (or since that first transaction, depending on how you define ‘came back’).” The docs show you can flip “did” to “did not do” to get dropped-off users. [Cohorts FAQ]This will be a dynamic cohort: as time passes, users will enter/leave based on whether their first transaction is at least 21 days old and they still haven’t done the return event. [How cohorts are computed]If you don’t see exactly the time operators you need, the knowledge sources don’t list every UI option, so I can’t be more specific about the exact dropdown labels—but the pattern above (first-time event + “did not do” since) is supported.
