Hi, is there a way to display the table with the breakdown per week in a dashboard (circled in ted) ? I want to share usage dashboards with some clients but • reports can't be share AFAIK • reports displayed as "table" in a dashboard show the total but not the breakdown over time

You are correct in your observations: - Reports in Mixpanel can be saved to boards (dashboards), and boards can be shared with others—including via public links if enabled by your project owner. However, sharing individual reports outside your organization is not supported; sharing is always at the board level, and all reports on a board inherit the board's sharing settings. You can share a board with clients if public boards are enabled, but not a single report by itself Sharing and Permission.- Table visualizations in dashboards: When you add a report with a table visualization to a board, the table typically shows the aggregate (total) for the selected date range, not the breakdown per time interval (e.g., per week or per day) that you see in the time-series table under a line chart in the report view. This is a known limitation: the table chart type in Insights is designed to show precise values and multiple metrics per segment, but when added to a board, it does not display the time breakdown as rows—only the total for the period Insights: Basic Features.Workarounds: - If you want to share the time breakdown (e.g., weekly breakdown per segment) as a table, you can export the report as a CSV and share it manually with your clients Exporting Reports. - Alternatively, you can encourage clients to access the board directly (if public boards are enabled), but they will still see the same table limitation.Summary: Currently, Mixpanel dashboards (boards) do not support displaying a table with both breakdowns by segment and by time interval (e.g., per week) as rows, as seen in the time-series table under a line chart in the report view.
