Do Imported Events Count Against Your Kapa.ai Quota?

kapa.ai I am exporting events from one project and re-importing them into a separate project. Are the events that are imported counted against my monthly/yearly quota of events?

    Based on the knowledge sources, I can provide you with information about how imported events affect your Mixpanel billing quota.When you import old event data into Mixpanel, only events with timestamps within the current billing cycle will count toward your quota. As stated in the documentation: "We will only apply charges to event data points with timestamps within the current billing cycle. Importing older data will incur no additional cost." For example, if your current billing cycle is April 1st - April 30th, importing data from March would be free of charge Billing: How Mixpanel pricing works.Additionally, it's worth noting that if you're using the Warehouse add-on for importing data, only successfully imported events will count toward your billable data points. Events that fail validation or encounter errors during the import process will not count toward your quota Warehouse Connectors.So in summary, when migrating data between projects, only events with timestamps in your current billing period will count against your quota - historical data with timestamps from previous billing periods won't affect your current usage limits.
