Every week I have an issue with the Pie chart displaying data in a breakdown of customers (user property). Some of the customers are not selected by default and part of the statistics is not displayed until I open a widget manually select all the customers and save it. I need all the customers to be presented by default. How I can do it?

The behavior you're experiencing is due to Mixpanel's segment selection limits for Pie charts. By default, when you use a breakdown (such as by customer/user property), only a subset of segments (customers) is selected and displayed—specifically, the default selection for Pie charts is 12 segments, with a maximum selection limit of 50 and a visible limit of 3,000. This means that unless you manually select more segments, only the top 12 customers (by the metric value) will be shown in the Pie chart by default. To see all customers, you have to manually select them, as you've described.Unfortunately, based on the knowledge sources, there is no setting to automatically select all segments (customers) by default in Pie charts. This limitation is in place to keep the analysis experience responsive, especially for projects with a large number of segments. If you need to see all customers, you will need to manually select them each time, or consider exporting the data as CSV, which allows for higher segment limits (up to 10,000 or 50,000 for non-line charts) Segment Limits and Ordering. If displaying all customers in the Pie chart is critical, you may want to consider using a Table visualization (which has a higher selection limit of 3,000) or exporting the data for external analysis. To summarize: - Pie charts default to showing only the top 12 segments (customers). - You must manually select additional segments to display more customers. - There is no option to automatically select all segments by default in Pie charts. - For larger segment analysis, use Table view or export as CSV.If you need more flexibility, you may want to provide feedback to Mixpanel support for future feature consideration.
