Is it possible in a funnel to breakdown by the frequency of step two. E.g. I wish to see the share of users doing step 2 0 times, 1 time, 2 times ect. within the window

Yes, in Mixpanel funnels, you can break down users by the frequency with which they perform an event (such as step 2) between two funnel steps. This is done using behavioral properties, specifically the "Frequency per User" property. When you set up a funnel, you can configure a behavioral property to count how many times users performed a specific event (e.g., step 2) between two steps in your funnel. This allows you to see the distribution of users who did step 2 zero times, one time, two times, etc., within the defined window. The frequency is calculated only for the events that occur between the selected steps, not including the events that satisfy the funnel steps themselves. For example, if your funnel is "Step 1 → Step 2," and a user does "Step 1 → Step 1 → Step 2," the frequency of "Step 1" between the steps would be 1. You can use this same logic to analyze the frequency of "Step 2" between any two steps in your funnel and break down your results accordingly Behavioral Properties in Funnels. This feature enables you to segment users by how many times they performed step 2 within the funnel window, providing insights into user engagement and behavior patterns within your funnel analysis.
