The knowledge sources don’t explain image-loading issues in reports or replays directly, so I can’t say for sure why your image isn’t showing.The only image-related behavior that is documented is in Lexicon: you can upload an image (JPG/PNG/GIF) to an event’s Event Details, and that image will then “show up throughout the platform wherever the event appears.” [Lexicon details] If your problem is that: - You uploaded an image to an event in Lexicon and it’s not visible: - Confirm you uploaded it on the correct event in Lexicon. - Check that the event itself is not hidden and is still active (not inactive/older than 30 days and never fired again). [Hidden events]If instead you mean: - Images inside Session Replay are not rendering correctly, or parts of the UI are missing: - The docs only say that if “Replays are not displaying my UI correctly,” you should contact Support and include a link to a replay and screenshots of the expected UI.
