In a Flows report, it's possible to hide events from the Flow, but is it possible to hide properties of certain events?

No. Flows lets you hide events from the visualization, but the docs don’t mention any option to hide properties of events within a Flows report. You can expand flows by property or break down/compare by cohorts, but hiding properties isn’t described as a capability (Flows / Advanced). If you need to restrict visibility of specific properties across reports, use Data Classification to mark properties as classified (Enterprise only), which prevents users without permission from using or seeing those properties in reports (Data Classification).

It will still be displayed. Hiding an underlying event in Lexicon prevents that raw event from appearing in reports (including as intermediate steps in Flows), but custom events are separate, virtual entities. Flows can show custom events as start/end steps you select, and may also surface commonly used, shared custom events as intermediate steps when “Show Custom Events” is on (Hiding Data; Custom events in Flows).

Two common reasons: - You hid it in the Flows UI, but the event isn’t actually hidden in Lexicon. Flows’ “Hide Events” control only affects the current query. To keep it from appearing (including in “All Events” and as intermediate steps), hide the event in Lexicon instead (Hiding Data; Flows / Hide Events).- You’re seeing a custom event that represents the hidden underlying event. Flows can replace underlying events with frequently used, shared custom events when “Show Custom Events” is on. Even if the raw event is hidden, the custom event can still appear unless you disable custom events in Flows or explicitly hide that custom event from the query (Custom events in Flows; Hiding Data).
