To reset someone’s two-factor authentication (2FA) in Mixpanel, you need to be an organization admin. Here’s how you can do it: 1. Navigate to the Access Security section within your “Organization Settings”. 2. Click on the 2FA tab. 3. Select the users whose 2FA needs to be reset. 4. Click Reset Two-Factor Authorization. This will reset their two-factor authentication, allowing them to set up 2FA again the next time they log in Resetting Two-Factor Authentication for Users.
