Based on the knowledge sources provided, Mixpanel does not store or provide direct access to the IP addresses of users who perform events. Here's what you need to know: 1. Mixpanel uses the IP address to derive geolocation data, but the IP address itself is discarded after this process and is not stored in your project Geolocation.2. The geolocation data derived from the IP address is stored as properties on events and profiles. These properties include:
- $city
- $region
- mp_country_code (for event data)
- $country_code (for profile data)

If you need to track the IP address as a property inside Mixpanel, you should name the property something other than "ip" as this property is dropped prior to ingestion Define IP Address.In summary, while you cannot see the actual IP address of the user that performed an event in Mixpanel, you can access the geolocation data derived from that IP address through the properties mentioned above.
