Under 1 organization account billing, can i select some project to use it for free plan? (not count events from that project)

No, you cannot select some projects within an organization to be on the Free plan while others are on a paid plan. In Mixpanel, the billing plan is applied at the organization level, not at the individual project level. Each organization has a single Mixpanel plan associated with it, and the data volume limits and features of that plan apply across all projects in the organization. All events from all projects within the organization are summed together for billing purposes, so you cannot exclude certain projects from counting towards your event allowance or billing by putting them on a Free plan separately Mixpanel Administrative System.If you want to have projects on different plans, you would need to create separate organizations for those projects.
