You can’t natively show live reports from two different Mixpanel projects on a single board.
From the docs:
- Boards are collections of reports within a single project; sharing/public links (Public Boards) are per project. [Boards; Public boards]
- The Move feature lets you copy a board from one project to another, not combine reports from multiple projects into one board. [Move boards]
There’s no documented way to:
- Add a report from Project A and a report from Project B onto the same board, or
- Create a public board that pulls data from multiple projects.
If you must compare metrics across projects, the only options mentioned in the docs are:
- Move/duplicate a board into another project and then re‑point its reports to that project’s events (so everything ends up in one project’s board). [Using Move]
- Or keep separate public boards, one per project, and share both links. [Public boards]
The knowledge sources do not describe any supported workaround beyond this.
