Spark AI is generally available for Mixpanel users, but there are some limitations based on your plan. All users can access Spark, but the number of Spark requests you can make per month depends on your plan: Free (30 requests), Growth (60 requests), and Enterprise (300 requests). Spark is enabled by default for most organizations, but it can be enabled or disabled by organization owners and admins in the settings. You can start a conversation with Spark AI directly from Mixpanel Boards. When you add content to a Board, select “Launch Spark.” This will open the Spark interface, where you can type your question or use example prompts to begin generating reports with natural language Docs: Spark.

If you are not able to see the "Launch Spark" option, there are a few possible reasons based on the knowledge sources: - Spark may be disabled for your organization. Organization owners and admins can enable or disable Spark in the Overview tab under Organization settings. For most organizations, Spark is enabled by default, but it’s possible it has been turned off by an admin Docs: Spark. - Your user role or permissions may restrict access. Only users with appropriate permissions (not Consumers) may be able to use certain features, depending on your organization’s settings. - Plan limitations. While Spark is available on all plans, if your organization has used up its monthly Spark request quota, the option may be temporarily unavailable until the quota resets.If you believe you should have access, please contact your Mixpanel organization owner or admin to check if Spark is enabled for your account and that you have the necessary permissions.
