why is the export option just showing only PNG and PDF why? what could be the root cause?

If you have the option to export as CSV but the person you shared the report or board with does not, the most likely root cause is related to their project role and permissions.According to Mixpanel documentation, only users with the roles of Owner, Admin, or Analyst can download reports. Users with the Consumer role cannot download reports, which includes exporting as CSV. This means that if the person you shared the report with is assigned the Consumer role in the project, they will not see the CSV export option, even though you do as an Owner, Admin, or Analyst Project Roles.To resolve this, you can check and update the user's project role to Analyst or higher if you want them to have the ability to export reports as CSV.
