how do i create a custom event

To create a custom event in Mixpanel, follow these steps: 1. Expand the Event dropdown in either an Insights, Funnels, or Retention report 2. Select the plus button to the right of the search bar 3. Select the events and properties you'd like to include in your custom event 4. Name your custom event 5. Click SaveCustom events allow you to: - Merge multiple events into a single event (e.g., "User Signup" + "Account Created" → "Signup") - Create an event based on a filter on another event (e.g., "Purchase" where Country = "US" → "US Purchases")If you need to edit or delete a custom event later, you can do so through Lexicon. Navigate to Lexicon, click on the Custom Events tab, and you'll see a list of all custom events in your project.
