Yes. In Flows, a global filter (set in the Filters section of the report) restricts which events are included in the entire flow query, not just the anchor step. That means only events matching the filter are considered at every step of the flow visualization. [Flows basics; Reports filters]

Yes. A global filter in any Mixpanel report keeps only data where the filtered property matches the condition; events that don’t have that property at all are treated as “undefined/(not set)” and will not pass a filter like “Property = X”. [Reports filters; Falsy values]So in Flows, if you apply a global filter on a property and a given event in the path does not contain that property, that event will be excluded from the flow results.
