How to exclude some profiles from appearing in our results? under project setting

You can’t exclude specific profiles directly “under Project Settings” in a simple toggle, but on Enterprise plans you can effectively exclude sets of users from analysis by using Data Views with User Profile property filters.**Step-by-step with Data Views (Enterprise only)**1. Go to Project Settings → Data Views.
2. Click + Create Data View.
3. Add a name/description and Save.
4. In the Data View, add filters so only the users you do want are included, or explicitly exclude the ones you don’t want, using a User Profile property (e.g. Staff User = true/false, Internal = true, region, etc.). [Data Views; Onboarding plan] - You can filter by:
- Events (include/exclude certain events)
- Event properties
- User profile properties (this is what you’d use to exclude certain profiles) [Onboarding plan]5. Set this Data View as default (optional) so that, for most users, those excluded profiles never appear in reports. [Data Views]Note: Filtering by User Profile properties in a Data View removes the ability to analyze by Groups in that Data View. [Onboarding plan]If you’re not on Enterprise or need something different (e.g. per-report filtering instead of project-level), the knowledge sources don’t describe another project‑settings‑level way to globally exclude specific profiles.
