kapa.ai thanks, I think the Users > "Users" instead of "User with profiles" did the trick. I can see many more users now which I thought were missing.

kapa.ai How do I toggle between "User Profiles" and "All Users" views. The "All Users" view will show all users who have completed any event, even if they don't have profile properties set.

kapa.ai, in an mobile app, how does the "Total App sessions" work in breakdown? I.e. when does it change from session 1 to 2, from 2 to 3 etc.

kapa.ai but won't the event count always be above 0 if it has been triggered once during the duration of the insight report, i.e. if insight report is last 14 days and there are total 10 new trials, then the event for trial signups will say 10 in the insight report.
