Hi Julianne - thanks for your response. I've got a ticket open with support as the problem seems deeper than just the out of sync report.

As you can see here, the alert has just been triggered but it's incorrect because there are two accounts with multiple events so I don't understand why the alert is showing 0

Troubleshooting Mixpanel Native Alerts for Event Notifications

Using Mixpanels native alerts seems a bit buggy. I have an alert that is based on an insight report getting any events: I've tried with above 0 and now trying -1 but despite there being content in the report, the alert isn't getting sent. Is there anything I can do to force the alert or make sure that it gets sent when the insight report gets > 0 events?

Creating Webhooks for Group Level Cohorts: Is It Possible?

Can I create a webhook for an group level cohort? It looks like I can only use webhooks on user cohorts, not groups.

I have Users and account_id, how can I find the $distinct_id or $group_id for account_id? kapa.ai

kapa.ai What if $distinct_id doesn't appear as a suggested column, and if I paste in $distinct_id it simply creates new accounts and fails to match
